Terms of service
Updated October 26, 2026
Who we are
San Diego Flood Restorations is a referral service. We connect property owners with licensed, insured restoration contractors. Work is performed by independent contractors licensed by the California CSLB. We are not the contractor performing the work.
No guarantees
Response times depend on call volume, weather and traffic, and we do not guarantee a specific response time. Any restoration outcome depends on conditions at your property and the work performed by the contractor.
Your responsibility
You're responsible for decisions about your property and your insurance claim, including approving any work. We aim to help you document and coordinate — not to act as your insurer, attorney or contractor.
