Structural Drying in San Diego
Structural drying is what happens after the water is out: air movers and dehumidifiers pull moisture out of walls, floors and framing, and we monitor with moisture meters until the structure is actually dry — not just dry to the eye. It's the step that prevents mold and hidden damage on the San Diego coast.

How monitored drying works
Air movers
High-velocity airflow pushes moisture out of wet materials.
Dehumidifiers
Pull moisture back out of the air so it doesn't resettle.
Moisture meters
Daily readings track progress toward a dry target.
Documented dryness
Logs prove the structure was dried for your insurance.
Why drying matters more than you think
A floor that looks dry can still hold moisture in the subfloor and framing. Left wet, that moisture feeds mold and rots wood. We don't stop when it looks dry — we stop when the moisture meter says the structure is dry, and we log every reading.
